<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a search receiving device suitable for radio wave monitoring, which can efficiently detect appearance frequencies without detecting frequencies outside the scope of monitoring (e.g. low appearance frequencies, etc.). <P>SOLUTION: An appearance frequency calculator 6 calculates an appearance frequency of received signals which exceed a threshold set by a threshold setting unit 12 on the basis of an appearance frequency calculating condition set by a calculation condition setting unit 13.
