摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a valve mechanism with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A camshaft phase variable device 42 of a valve mechanism includes: a driven member 45, which receives rotation of a crankshaft by transmission, which can displace in a rotating direction relative to an intake side camshaft 37 and which can not displace in an axial direction; a guide member 46, which is provided to integrally rotate with the intake side camshaft and which can displace in the rotating direction and in the axial direction relative to the driven member; a centrifugal weight 47 arranged between the driven member and the guide member; and an energizing member 48 energizing the driven member and the guide member in directions to be closer to each other. The guide member and the intake side camshaft are configured to integrally rotate by inserting an engaging shaft 60 to a through-hole 61 of the intake side camshaft and engaging a projection 62 of the engage shaft to an engage groove 63 on an inner peripheral face of the guide member. The guide member 46 is relatively displaced with respect to the driven member 45 by the movement of the centrifugal weight 47 by an effect of centrifugal force, which changes a phase of the intake side camshaft in the rotating direction with respect to the crankshaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
