<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezed souffle by which souffle can be stably manufactured in large amounts without a skillful technique without using a special technique and which has proper baking color of the surface of dough, swelled appearance, and soft and hot palate feeling similar and taste directly after baked to that of a western confectionery shop. <P>SOLUTION: The souffle is in a container of paper, silicone, or heat resistant plastic in which a groove of a longitudinal line is formed in the inner surface side and the inner face is resin processed, the freezed souffle is taken out from the container and transferred to a cocotte container and thereafter heated by a microwave or in an oven. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
