<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission side device, a receiving side device, a relay device, a communication system, a transmission method, a receiving method and a transmission and receiving program, which are capable of integrating various communication data without encapsulating such data in Ethernet (R) frames. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission side device 41 constituting a communication system 40 receives data, which has been transmitted from a plurality of transmission lines having different data formats each other, individually for each transmission line, makes the data redundant by mapping them to MAC frames for data transmission in accordance with a predetermined rule with a receiving side device 42, and transmits such frames by allocating them to a plurality of transmission lines.
