摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inkjet head capable of preventing inflow into an ink flow path side even when a thermosetting composition provided between flow path members comprising an ink flow path is fluidized following rising temperature during heat curing. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of forming a thermosetting composition, which arranges flow path members 3 and 1 at a predetermined mutual joint position, and forms the thermosetting composition C between joint surfaces 31c and 12a of the flow path members 3 and 1 from the ink flow path side to an external air side; and a step of heating which bonds between the flow path members 3 and 1 by heating and curing the thermosetting composition C afterwards, and seals the ink flow path between the flow path members 3 and 1. The thermosetting composition C is formed of the thermosetting composition which is temporarily fluidized following rising temperature by heating in the step of heating, and is irreversibly cured. In the step of heating, the pressure at the ink flow path side is held higher than the pressure at the external air side when the thermosetting composition is at least fluidized in the step of heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
