<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder that facilitates opening and closing a binding rod so that the leaf is easily changed. <P>SOLUTION: The binder 10 includes: a binding rod part 12; a bearing part 14 connecting the binding rod part; and a shaft part 16 that becomes a center in connecting the binding rod part and opening and closing the binding rod. The bearing part 14 has a length extending in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the binding rod and the thickness to continue the extending direction of the binding rod. A circular arc bearing concave 54 for loading the shaft part 16 is formed to extend in the longitudinal direction, and the shaft part 16 has a length extending in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the binding rod and the thickness to continue the extending direction of the binding rod. A portion of a contour continuing in the longitudinal direction is a circular arc and rockably engaged to the bearing concave 54 of the bearing part 14.
