<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of installing a loudspeaker in an optional position of a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: A loudspeaker grille 50 for covering the loudspeaker 30 has a grille fixing boss 54 for installing the loudspeaker grille 50 in a lining 22, and a loudspeaker fixing boss 55 for installing the loudspeaker 30 in the loudspeaker grille 50.
