The invention relates to a composition, which comprises (a) whole fruits and/or pieces of fruits of at least one species in a solid shape, occupying a volume from 8 to 6000 mm, and (b) at least one species of fruits in a liquid shape, having a density according to Bostvick from 2 to for 15 sec (20 °C). According to the invention, the component (a) is evenly distributed in the component (b) without adding thickening agents. The invention also relates to a method for making the composition and using thereof for making food products. |
