A method for predicting antithrombotic effect of ramipril in patients with arterial hypertension in combination with diabetes mellitus type II depending on the gene polymorphism of endothelial NO-synthase- which the dynamics of protein C is assessed after 6 months of controlled treatment and the presence of mutations C → T at position 786 of the gene of endothelial NO-synthase-3 is considered.
