PURPOSE: A temperature sensor is provided to form a stepped portion on a metal tube, thereby simplifying an assembly task by inserting the sensor into the inside of a flange. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor comprises a flange(110), a pipe type metal tube(120), a temperature sensor unit, a covering wire(150). The flange comprises a pipe-shaped joining unit and an extension unit being extended from a leading end of the joining unit. The metal tube is joined by penetrating through the joining unit. The temperature sensor unit is arranged in a leading end of the metal tube. The covering wire penetrates the inside of the metal tube. End portions of the metal tube and the joining unit are joined by welding. |
