PURPOSE: An electrolysis apparatus for eliminating total phosphorus using a rotary electrode is provided to constantly maintain the eliminating rate of phosphorus by implementing the phosphorus eliminating process based on a physical and chemical method. CONSTITUTION: An electrolysis apparatus for eliminating total phosphorus includes an electrolyzing bath(5), an electrode module, a precipitating bath, a transferring part, a driving part(50), and a power supplying part(30). Target water is introduced to the electrolyzing bath. The electrode module is rotatably supported in the electrolyzing bath. Metal cation generated from the anode of the electrode module is bonded with phosphate ions, and phosphorus is eliminated from the target water. Phosphate salt is precipitated in the precipitating bath. The supernatant of the precipitating bath is transferred the electrolyzing bath. The driving part rotates the electrode module. |
