<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more user-friendly video receiver and a display system switching method. <P>SOLUTION: A video processor comprises: a signal processing section 107 that receives a video signal including an identifier indicating whether the video signal is for a three-dimensional display or a two-dimensional display and processes the video signal such that the video signal can be displayed in the two-dimensional display or the three-dimensional display; and a setting section 121A for controlling the signal processing section 107 in accordance with an automatic switching setting of a display system capable of setting a first setting for automatically displaying the video signal in the three-dimensional display when detecting the identifier indicating the video signal for the three-dimensional display, a second setting for displaying the video signal for the three-dimensional display and the video signal for the two-dimensional display in the two-dimensional display regardless of the identifier and a third setting for displaying a window in which the three-dimensional display is selectable when detecting the identifier indicating the video signal for the three-dimensional display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
