<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head having both of a sufficient bonding strength and a high ink resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet head is formed of: a plurality of liquid chambers 5, which are partitioned by a nozzle plate 6 provided with a nozzle consisting of metal and for ejecting ink, a diaphragm 3 having a liquid ejecting energy generation section, and a partition wall 4 provided between the nozzle plate 6 and the diaphragm 3, and which have the nozzles, respectively. The inkjet head includes: the nozzle plate 6 and the partition wall 4, which are bonded with a first adhesive containing an epoxy resin with a hydroxyl group in a molecular chain; and the diaphragm 3 and the partition wall 4, which are bonded with a second adhesive having hygroscopicity lower than that of the first adhesive. A portion facing the inside of the liquid chamber 5 (cured resin 21) that is an adhered and bonded portion between the nozzle plate 6 and the partition wall 4 is coated by a surplus of the second adhesive (cured resin 23) bonding the diaphragm 3 to the partition wall 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
