<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the heat transmission loss caused when heat of a heating element of a heating unit is transmitted to a radiator through an insulation layer and thereby improving the heat conductivity from the heating element to the radiator. <P>SOLUTION: A heater 45 includes: a planar heating unit 46 where insulation films 52 are provided on both surfaces of a heating element 50 generating heat by energization; and radiators 48 provided on both surfaces of the heating unit 46. Each insulation film 52, formed between the heating element 50 of the heating unit 46 and the radiator 48, has both functions for providing insulation protection to the heating element 50 and bonding the heating element 50 to the radiator 48. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
