PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver a received entity file to another program.

SOLUTION: Receiving means 11 receives data (file group) from a broadcast server 20. The file group is wholly encrypted in a first encryption method and includes a control file and content (entity file). The content is encrypted in a second encryption method that is different from the first encryption method. Decryption means 12 decrypts (decodes) data encrypted by the first encryption method. Determination means 13 determines which application program is to be a delivery destination of the content on the basis of the decrypted control file. Delivery means 15 performs delivery processing for delivering the content to an application program (another application program) of the delivery destination determined by the determination means 13.
