<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of easily carrying out slow freezing and quick freezing by a simple operation of reversing a refrigerating plate. <P>SOLUTION: A thin plate member 15 with a slow freezing plate 21 and a quick freezing plate 23 superimposed and held by a frame 17 is placed on the bottom face of an upper stage refrigerating container 11. When slowly freezing an object to be frozen, the thin plate member 15 is placed on the bottom face of the upper stage refrigerating container 11 so that the slow refrigerating plate 21 is on the top side, and when quickly freezing the object to be frozen, the thin plate member 15 is placed on the bottom face of the upper stage refrigerating container 11 so that the quick freezing plate 23 is on the top side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
