<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior trim material for a vehicle capable of arranging a member for holding a clip, without using a slide mold. <P>SOLUTION: This door trim 20 is installed on a door inner panel 12 via the clip 30, and includes a trim board 21 arranged in the shape of being opposed to the door inner panel 12, a pedestal part 60 integrally formed with the trim board 21 and erected toward the door inner panel 12 from a reverse surface 21A in the trim board 21, and an installation member 40 opposed to the trim board 21, provided with a top surface part 41 for installing the clip 30 and installed in the pedestal part 60.
