<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine having a synchronized nozzle touch mechanism, capable of measuring a time required for injection unit retreat in each cycle and completing nozzle touch at the same time as the completion of mold clamping or to match the delay time. <P>SOLUTION: In order to make mold clamping time equal to injection unit advancing time when using a sprue break, subtraction is carried out to calculate the difference. In order to make the mold clamping time equal to the injection unit advancing time when using the sprue break, the difference is calculate by subtracting the injection unit advancing time from the mold clamping time. The mold clamping time in n-th shot (the time from the start of the mold closing to the completion of the mold clamping) is measured to be expressed by T, the time from the start of the advancing of the injection unit to the completion of the nozzle touch (injection unit advancing time) is measured to be expressed by (t), and the difference of the time is calculated from the time difference α=T-t.
