A plunger vibrating hydraulic cylinder consists of a body and a plunger and a spring for return to initial position located therein. In the hydraulic cylinder a lid is introduced which is located coaxially with the body with a stepped cavity made therein, which is connected to a pressure channel, besides the plunger, in which an accumulating chamber and a hole are made, is located in an axial through stepped hole of the body, in which a plug is mounted for adjustment of the value of spring compression and an annular groove is made, which is connected to a drain channel. A floating seat is mounted with possibility of contact by its inner conical surface with the outer conical surface of the plunger.
