An apparatus for dewatering and heating bio-mass before briquetting relates to the field of power engineering and can be used at production of briquettes made of wood, peat and plant stems, this is arranged as a base, heating elements, inlet and outlet collectors, smoke exhauster, loading hopper, mechanism for dosing mass delivery, mechanism for mass displacement, water-circular vacuum pump. On the base given number of tubular heating elements are installed one over another, those consist of tubes round which screw gas line channels are placed, those are connected to the inlet and outlet collectors with branch pipes, and the inlet branch pipes are connected to atmosphere by slides for control of working temperature. In the outlet branch pipes slides are installed for control of power of heat flow, besides that in the pipes screws with drive sprockets are installed rotatably, and over one end of the upper heating element loading hopper is installed in such a way that the volumes of those are tightly connected by pipeline in which mechanism for dosing mass delivery is placed. At the other end the volume of heating element is tightly connected by a pipeline to the volume of heating element that is under it and in such sequence the volumes of heating elements of the lower unit are connected, and the volume of the lowermost one is connected by pipeline to the volume of briquetting machine. The volumes of heating elements, loading hopper and briquetting machine are connected by pipeline to water-circular vacuum pump, and the inlet collector is connected to cassette heat generator, and the outlet one – to smoke exhauster. On the base a mechanism for displacement of mass as a motor-reducer, drive sprockets and chain gear is placed, and the surfaces of inlet collector, heating elements and connecting pipelines are covered with heat-insulation materials. |
