METHOD FOR OBTAINING LIQUID-SOLID METAL MELT WITH DEGENERATED DENDRITES

The invention relates to foundry engineering, and concerns obtaining liquid-solid metal melt with degenerated dendrites, which has rheological properties. A method includes mixing and temperature control to the liquidus temperature both by inductive current and electromagnetic forces excited in the melt volume in the vessel of a magnetic dynamic plant equipped with an electromagnetic system and subsequent intense stirring by electromagnetic forces generated by additional external inductor of the magnetic field and leading melt temperature below the liquidus. Stirring is carried out below the level of the melt with adjustable power. Technical result: degenerated dendrites are uniformly distributed in the metal volume, high performance.
