A method for construction of houses, facilities includes arrangement of a pit with bed mark higher than the design mark of the floor of foundation by value of possible potential settling of the building, arrangement of foundation, control of settlement of the building in process of its erection and continuous monitoring. The design mark of the foundation is achieved through wetting under pressure of collapsible soils of the base at which potentially possible settling of the building is achieved, this is equal to total value of calculated collapsible deformation that takes place at wetting collapsible bulk of soils under effect of own weight of soils and weight of the building. At that at removal of settlement of loess soils, the collapsible bulk is divided into layers with carrying out one-by-one level-by-level address wetting of the layers of collapsible bulk, this is begun from the lower layer of soil, there through drilled wells one lowers pipes perforated in the lower section, with backfill of the gaps between the walls of the wells and the pipes above the zone of perforation. Wetting of the lower layer of soil collapsible bulk is carried out till total realization of settlement of the layer, after that the pipes are taken up to the boundary of wetting of the layer placed above, with backfill higher than perforation zone, and in same sequence wetting of all the layers of collapsible bulk is performed.. Thickness of each layer of soil is determined from calculation of possible potential settlement of those layers, though this does not exceed the value of permitted settlement for the facility. |
