A system for arrangement of a local network for monitoring of ecological state of a ground for wastes of industrial enterprises comprises base stations where stationary metric stations are placed. The territory under investigation is represented as separate plots at the ground for wastes of industrial enterprises where an intercepting channel is arranged, the base stations are formed of monitoring-survey wells, and are the points for monthly measurements of the levels of subsoil waters with hydro-geological tape measure with “check valve".
