METHOD FOR PREDICTING HYPERTROPHY OF LEFT VENTRICLE IN PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION BASED ON ANALYSIS OF GENOTYPE

摘要

A method for predicting the hypertrophy of the left ventricle in the patients with arterial hypertension based on analysis of genotype provides for clinical and instrumental examination (ECG and Doppler-EchoCG). Furthermore, I/D polymorphism of ACE gene and T894G polymorphism of eNOS are studied. The patients with arterial hypertension who are carriers of D allele of ACE and T allele of eNOS are considered as those with high predictive value of development of eccentric or concentric models of the hypertrophy of the left ventricle.
