<p>An image capture device (100) comprises: an image capture element (110) which image captures an optical image of a subject; a main circuit substrate (120) which is positioned aft of the image capture element (110) and processes image data which is generated with the image capture element (110); a mounting member (130) which mounts the image capture element; a metallic plate (150) which is positioned between the mounting member (130) and the main circuit substrate (120); a mount (140)in which a connection unit (160) which is positioned upon the forepart of the metallic plate (150) and extends forward from the metallic plate (150) is anchored at three or more anchoring points, said mount (140) supporting the metallic plate (150); a plurality of elastic members (165) which apply force to the connection unit (160) at each anchoring point of the mount (140); and a conductive member (190) which electrically connects a ground conductor of the main circuit substrate (120) and the metallic plate (150). When the rear face of the metallic plate (150) is viewed in the perpendicular direction, the conductive member (190) is positioned such that the connection points with the metallic plate (150) are present in a load position region which is formed with the three or more anchoring points connected in sequence.</p>
