<p>A braking mechanism for a child stroller, provided with a braking state and a releasing state. The braking mechanism comprises a wheel, a braking disc fixedly connected to the wheel, a braking part, a wheel joint rotationally connected to the wheel, an elastic part disposed between the wheel joint and the braking part to provide reset force for the braking part, a rotary handle rotationally connected to the pushing rod of the stroller, and a traction cable connected to the braking part and the rotary handle. The braking disc is provided with a braking groove; the braking part is slidably disposed on the wheel joints; when the braking mechanism is in the braking state, the braking part inserts into the braking groove, and the breaking part and the breaking disc are mutually locked up; and when the braking mechanism is in the releasing state, the braking part disengages from the braking groove, and the braking disc is released. The braking part can be inserted into or disengaged from the braking grooves via the operation of the traction cable, thereby braking or releasing the wheel with the braking mechanism, and the elastic part can reset the braking part after the force applied to the traction cable is removed.</p> |
