A restoring spring (4) is operated between the hinge parts. An end (5) of the restoring spring is fixed on the hinge pin, while another end (6) is fixed on the latter hinge part. The hinge pin is fixed at different angular positions with respect to a rotational axis (D) relative to the former hinge part.
