#CMT# #/CMT# The hinge has two hinge parts (1,2) relatively rotated to each other around a common rotation axis, where the latter hinge part is designed as a hinge center in which a hinge pin is inserted. A restoring spring (4) is operated between the hinge parts. An end (5) of the restoring spring is fixed on the hinge pin, while another end (6) is fixed on the latter hinge part. The hinge pin is fixed at different angular positions with respect to a rotational axis (D) relative to the former hinge part. The locking contours (11,13) are formed by multiple saw teeth. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Hinge for fixing the doors, windows, insect screens or flaps. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The hinge pin is fixed at different angular positions with respect to a rotational axis relative to the former hinge part, where a locking contour is formed by multiple saw teeth, and thus ensures minimized space for the restoring spring with a stabilized shape, where the restoring torque of the spring is changed with minimum effort with improved adjustment of the latching distance. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a schematic perspective view of a hinge with a restoring spring. 1,2 : Hinge parts 4 : Restoring spring 5,6 : Restoring spring ends 11,13 : Locking contours 14 : Fastening opening 24 : Through opening D : Rotational axis.
|
