PURPOSE: An input apparatus and user terminal are provided to detect the strength of touch regardless of the kind of the touch screen by utilizing scratch sound between the touch screen and an input unit. CONSTITUTION: A connection part(110) connects to a touch screen. A sound detection unit(120) detects sound according to the connection between the touch screen and the connection part. A communication unit transmits the detected sound to a user terminal including the touch screen. The sound detection unit is a microphone included in the stylus pen. The sound is generated between the touch screen and the connection part.
