PURPOSE: Bolt surface processing equipment for lubricant coating is provided to reuse abrasive since reusable one of abrasives used in abrasive separating unit is supplied to an abrasive tank. CONSTITUTION: Bolt surface processing equipment(100) for lubricant coating comprises a rotating unit, an abrasive spraying unit(120), an abrasive separating unit, a chamber(140) and a control unit(150). The rotating unit is coupled to a bolt and rotates the bolt. The abrasive spraying unit is installed in parallel to the bolt. The abrasive spraying unit processes the surface of the bolt, moving a plurality of nozzles(121) up and down. The abrasive separating unit sucks the abrasive sprayed to the bolt and separates reusable heavy abrasive from light abrasive based on the self-weight of the abrasive. The chamber accepts the bolt. The rotating unit, the abrasive spraying unit, and the abrasive separating unit are installed in the chamber. |
