<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver, transmitter, and radio communication method capable of utilizing non-orthogonal multiple access while suppressing a cost rise and processing delay. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile station 200A comprises a physical channel separation part 210 and a data demodulation/decoding part 220. A radio resource block allocated to a non-orthogonal signal is defined by a frequency region, time region, and non-orthogonal multiplex region. The non-orthogonal multiplex region has a plurality of levels depending on the number of interference cancellations by the data demodulation/decoding part 220.
