<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene recombination marker in which the identification is possible by an unassisted eye in various developmental stages of an insect, which is also applicable to a wild type individual, and the maternal inheritance is not performed. <P>SOLUTION: A Bombyx mori is selected as an example of an insect, and in the Bombyx mori, a gene recombination body that performs the overexpression of an arylalkylamine-N-acetyltransferase gene by the whole body is created, as a result, it has been found that the egg and the body are made a thin color.
