PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film production apparatus allowing quality improvement by preventing defects from occurring.

SOLUTION: The resin film production apparatus 100 forms a surface shape of filmy resin extruded from a die 2 into a predetermined shape by pinching the filmy resin with outer peripheral surfaces of both a rubber roll 3 and mat roll 4 so as to produce the resin film. The resin film production apparatus 100 is equipped with a heating device 10 having first and second heating sections 8 and 9 for heating the outer peripheral surface of the rubber roll 3. The first heating section 8 is provided facing the rubber roll 3 in an area on the side where the die 2 is arranged in a virtual plane S0 including rotary shafts of rubber roll 3 and mat roll 4. Also, the second heating section 9 is provided facing the rubber roll 3 in an area opposite to the side where the die 2 is arranged in the virtual plane S0.
