<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film for light extraction, which is applied to an optical device for isotropic emission so as to improve the light extraction efficiency and reduce the output angle dependence of output light wavelength as well. <P>SOLUTION: An optical film 1 has a concave-convex structure including concave-convex units 12a repeatedly arranged at least in two directions. The concave-convex unit 12a has an approximately pyramid-shaped, truncated pyramid-shaped, conical-shaped, truncated conical-shaped, roof-shaped, hemispherical-shaped, or truncated hemispherical-shaped protrusion or depression.
