<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of reducing a manufacturing cost and downsizing a connector while facilitating attaching/detaching work; and a jig used for fitting or separating the connector. <P>SOLUTION: A connector 1 includes a female connector 100, and a male connector 200 fitted/separated with/from the female connector 100. In a housing (a female housing 110 or a male housing 210) of at least one of the female connector 100 and the male connector 200, a converting portion for converting pressing force added to the housing is formed. The converting portion has a pressing surface tilting in both of a fitting/separating direction ARD and an orthogonal direction CD of the female connector 100 and the male connector 200. The pressing surface converts the pressing force added to the housing from the orthogonal direction CD, into pressing force in a fitting direction AD or a separating direction RD to the other of the female connector 100 and the male connector 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
