<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of high-frequency characteristics of an inner conductor terminal, and to simplify a shape of an outer conductor terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate connector 10 includes: an inner conductor terminal 20 connected to a counterpart side terminal; an outer conductor terminal 40 having a body cylinder portion 41 for covering an outer periphery of the inner conductor terminal 20; a dielectric 30 arranged between the inner conductor terminal 20 and the outer conductor terminal 30; and a connector housing 60 storing the outer conductor terminal 40 therein and fixed on a circuit substrate. The inner conductor terminal 20 is provided with an inner conductor lead portion 24 which is exposed backward from the body cylinder portion 41, and extended downward to be connected to the circuit substrate. The outer conductor terminal 40 is provided with an outer conductor lead portion 42 which is extended downward from the body cylinder portion 41 to be connected to the circuit substrate.
