<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator which can store food in optimum humidity environment without dew condensation inside and keep freshness of the food. <P>SOLUTION: A first storage container 1 is provided in a vegetable chamber 400 provided in the refrigerator, and the first storage container 1 is formed by a substantially airtight container.
