<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device having a loop through function, and being capable of outputting a received signal to exterior in a high quality state and suppressing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: In a receiving device 10, a high-frequency reception signal is inputted to an input terminal 1. An output terminal 2 is provided for outputting at least a part of the reception signal inputted from the input terminal 1 to a post-stage receiving device 16, and for receiving supply of an external power supply voltage Va from the post-stage receiving device 16. A first signal path MSP is a signal path from the input terminal 1 to a signal processing circuit 5. A second signal path LTP1 is connected to the first signal path at a position of the input terminal or at a position closer to the signal processing circuit than the input terminal, and provided for transmitting at least a part of the reception signal to the output terminal.
