IMAGE PROCESSOR, PRINTING DATA GENERATION DEVICE, PRINTING SYSTEM, COLOR INFORMATION OUTPUT METHOD AND PROGRAM OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably check a color reproduced in a printed matter before the printed matter is printed when a printer performs printing by using a special gloss material exhibiting special gloss light.

SOLUTION: An image processor for processing image data for performing printing by the printer by using the special gloss material exhibiting the special gloss light includes: a storage section setting identification information of a defined color which is previously defined as a spot color with which printing is performed by using the special gloss material as an input value, setting color information obtained by displaying respective appearances when a printing color exhibited when the defined color is printed by the printer is observed by a plurality of observation conditions by using at least one of a gradation value displayed by a colorimetric system which does not depend on the device and a spectral reflection factor as an output value and storing a table in which the input value is made to correspond to the output value; a reception section for receiving designation of the defined color; and an output section for outputting information depending on the color information corresponding to the received defined color.
