<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrule which allows an easy control in an eccentricity direction in a through hole of the ferrule and is easy to be manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: A ferrule having a cylindrical shape allows an optic fiber to be inserted in a through hole provided in an axial direction and fixes it therein. The ferrule's central axis is a straight line connecting the tip end opening and the rear end opening of the through hole, and the through hole is formed in such a manner that its center part in the axial direction is decentered from the center axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
