<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that: since commercially available granite porphyry (hereinafter, denoted by granite porphyry ore) is conventionally in a form of particulate, sand or power, it is necessary to accommodate the ore in some kind of container such as (1) a mesh bag, (2) a sealed bag or (3) a container in order to prevent dissipation or scattering of the granite porphyry ore, which limits forms of the ore for commercialization; if the granite porphyry ore is (4) directly disposed for use in a bath tub or the like, it is necessary to clean the ore as bacteria or the like grow on scales, which means troublesome cleaning works such as disinfection, sterilization and drying under sun rays are necessary; a cleaning work can be simplified by kneading the ore in a rubber resin; and, though a process of (5) mixing the ore in urethane resin or plastic resin to obtain a molded article can be employed, the mixing ratio of the ore by the process is low, which results in an insufficient effect. <P>SOLUTION: By kneading granite porphyry ore in a rubber resin, a content ratio of the ore in a molded article can be increased up to about 100 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the rubber resin. By kneading the ore with the rubber resin, the ore is prevented from dissipating such as dropping, and stable qualities can be maintained even in a long-term use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
