A mixing activator of dispersed composite polymer mixtures comprises a sealed cylindrical container vertically mounted on shock absorbers with locking-distribution valves, under whose lid by sealing and cushioning pads a membrane is horizontally mounted, in which concentrators, membranes and a magnetostrictive transducer are secured. The mixing activator comprises a vertical cylindrical container equipped with a bottom mounted on the shock absorbers equipped with a central outlet pipe with a plug valve.
