A method of vibrational processing by drilling, in which a drill (or a blank) is set in axial vibrations by a vibrator mounted in its spindle and the blank (or the drill) is rotated by a main drive equipped with a braking mechanism of its movement in the direction opposite to the motion of feed made in the form of a two-rod hydraulic cylinder kinematically connected to the main drive and a bed, whose cavities are connected by a channel, in which a throttle with a control valve is mounted. While cutting the power of main drive motor of main movement is controlled by a sensor, it is compared with a normalized value of the power coming from a programming device to a comparative device, and the feed rate is adjusted by the control unit and throttle. |
