METHOD FOR FORECASTING MILK PRODUCTIVITY OF A MICROPOPULATION OF COWS OF UKRAINIAN BLACK-SPOTTED DAIRY BREED

摘要

A method for forecasting the productivity of a micropopulation of cows of the Ukrainian Black-Spotted dairy breed comprises assessing thereof by the exterior and milk productivity per 2-3 months of lactation. Calculations of determining the overall productivity coefficient are carried out according to the formula comprising indices of body measurements and milk yield. In doing so the larger are indices of body measurements and milk yield, the larger is the index of the overall productivity coefficient.
