#CMT# #/CMT# The foldable roof (19) has a roof frame (21) stretching a roof material (23), and a cross-element (48) positioned on a body side counter bearing (52) e.g. roll bar or body side dome, after conveyed into closed roof position. The body-side counter bearing positions the cross-element in the closed roof position, and comprises a stop edge that is turned to a vehicle rear side (3) and pressed against the cross-element by clamping force (FS) directed to a vehicle front part.
