PURPOSE: A black garlic producing apparatus and a method with a short aging time are provided to minimize the aging time of black garlic, and to uniformly age black garlic. CONSTITUTION: A black garlic producing apparatus comprises the following: plural trays(21) which are capable of mounting more than one wicker tray for storing garlic; a body(20) which is formed with inner and outer panels; a door(30) which is installed on one side of the body for opening and closing an opening on the body; an elastic packing(31) which is installed in between the opening and the door for providing a sealing force; and an aging chamber which includes more than one double-aging container and heats the aging container. |
