<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide curry using bamboo charcoal by which various physiochemical characters and efficacy of bamboo charcoal can be obtained and is excellent in taste and palate feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The curry is constituted by blending at least a predetermined amount of the bamboo charcoal powder and bamboo sprout, the blending amount of the bamboo charcoal powder is 1.0 to 2.0 wt.% and the blending amount of the bamboo sprout is 13.3 to 15.3 wt.%, further a predetermined amount of onion and carrot is blended, and apple puree is blended according to need, harmful substances in the intestines is adsorbed and removed by the bamboo charcoal, constipation can be improved, and minerals can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
