<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform inside heating having high safety without inviting the risk of the leakage, etc. of the heating fluid. <P>SOLUTION: A rigid core includes: the core body that includes a plurality of core segments divided into the tire circumferential direction; the cylindrical core interpolated to the center hole of the core body; and a pair of sidewall body distributed to both sides of the axial direction of the core body. A first dovetail part is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the core and a second dovetail part is formed to the inner circumferential surface of each core segment. A first electric heater that includes the heater for the tread and the heater for the side is provided for the luminal face of each core segment and a second electric heater is provided in the radial inner circumferential surface of the core.
