<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grape cultured cell and a culture method thereof in which a cultured cell is made from an appropriate grape cultivar and it is necessary to examine a culture condition to meet the cell, to obtain the grape cultured cell with desired capacity of obtaining a secondary metabolite, or the like; a grape cultured cell with a high proliferation power is made while maintaining the capacity of biosynthesis of the secondary metabolite, and the stable culture of the cell is established. <P>SOLUTION: Because a red series grape variety contains a lot of functionality components than a white series variety, a cultured cell is made from a "Koshu" species that is a red series variety and a variety with strong tree vigor, the proliferation ability is improved by the culture condition, and the biosynthetic capacity of an arbitrary secondary metabolite is given, and thereby the grape cultured cell can be made. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
