<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a gas barrier sheet which can be directly attached to an adherend through a gas barrier layer without using an adhesive etc; a laminated sheet obtained by laminating a plurality of gas barrier sheets; and an element seal with the gas barrier sheet. <P>SOLUTION: This gas barrier sheet includes a base material, and the gas barrier layer formed at least on one of the surfaces of the base material. In addition, the gas barrier sheet is characterized in that the product of the Young's modulus of the base material at 25°C is not more than 1.5×10<SP POS="POST">5</SP>N/m, and that the surface roughness Ra of the gas barrier layer is not more than 5 nm and the surface roughness Rt is not more than 80 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
