<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a core plate capable of reducing a gap between a rotor core plate and a stator core plate. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a core plate, a rotor core plate 10 and a stator core plate 30 of a motor 100 are manufactured by die-cutting a steel plate W by using the same center. The rotor core plate 10 has: a plurality of tooth-part main bodies 21 extending in a radial direction and arranged at a predetermined interval in a circumferential direction; and flange parts 22 formed at radial outside front ends of the respective tooth-part main bodies 21 and extending in the circumferential direction. Each of the tooth-part main bodies 21 is surrounded by A-th edge lines La extending in the radial direction on its both sides in the circumferential direction. Each of the flange parts 22 is surrounded by B-th edge lines Lb on its radial inside, a C-th edge line Lc on its radial outside, and D-th edge lines Ld extending in the radial direction on its both sides in the circumferential direction. The method includes a second step of die-cutting at a second die-cutting line P2 (a flange part die-cutting line) passing through the C-th edge line Lc and the D-th edge lines Ld and lying radially inside an outermost edge line Lx of the rotor core plate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
